Grandma, who is quite out of her mind, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now racing through the city, desperately trying to avoid capture. To prevent her from being taken back to the insane asylum, she needs to cover a specific distance. However, she’s being pursued not only by orderlies wielding straitjackets but also faces a series of challenging obstacles—sharp turns, holes, fences, and other tricky hazards. Along her frantic escape, she both evades the nurses and gathers gold coins scattered along the route, adding an exciting twist to her wild dash for freedom.
